Yes, you read that right, they are vegan zucchini pizzas, I’m not kidding you. Since I follow this type of diet I try to use healthy and ordinary ingredients in most of the recipes on the blog and in my day to day life, but I really wanted to try the vegan sliced cheese and chorizo and I have to admit that they are incredible.

It is a very simple recipe, you need courgettes, tomato sauce, sliced cheese, chorizo, vegan Parmesan and oregano. The result is amazing and it seems incredible that you are eating a vegan pizza. The only problem is that you have to find the cheese and chorizo, but they already sell them in many vegan stores or herbalists, surely there is one in your city, or if not, you can always buy them online.



  • 3 calabacines
  • 6 cucharadas de salsa de tomate
  • 40 gramos de chorizo vegano
  • 6 lonchas de queso (Tofutti)
  • OrĆ©gano y parmesano vegano al gusto


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.< /li>
  2. Cut off the ends of the courgettes and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of tomato on each zucchini half.
  4. Split the cheese slices in half and place both halves on top of each pizza.
  5. 5″>Slice the chorizo into thin slices and place 7 slices on each (or as many as you like).
  6. Bake the pizzas on a parchment lined tray for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Add oregano and vegan Parmesan to taste on top.
