- 100g cashew nuts

- 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast

We make the cheese by grinding all the ingredients in the blender until it has a thick consistency.
Cut the courgette into slices, salt it, add curry and fry it a few minutes in a pan. We also make the carrot and fry it separately.
Distribute the cheese well over the entire base of the pizza and place the zucchini, the carrots on top and finish with the tomato.
Sprinkle with oregano and toasted sesame.
