Zucchini cream with tofu


  • 1 kg. zucchini
  • 300 grs. tofu
  • ¼ kg. carrot
  • ¼ kg. leek
  • Pepper
  • Oil


Cut the leek, carrot and peeled zucchini into slices

Sauté the leek and carrot, when it is slightly golden add the zucchini, salt and pepper satisfaced. Add the tofu, mixing everything well

Add a little water and cook until everything is soft

Finally go through the blender and serve very hot
