Zucchini and kasha gratin


  • 1 cup kasha (toasted buckwheat grains)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • < li itemprop = "ingredients"> 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1 cup cream of soybeans
  • 1 tbsp of mustard grain


Preheat the oven.

Margarine a roasting pan.

Prepare the kasha according to the package instructions, using the vegetable broth.< /p>

Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the margarine.

Add the zucchini, onion, salt and pepper and cook until tender and lightly browned.< /p>

In a bowl, combine tofu, soy cream and mustard; add to cooked kasha.

Spread half the kasha in the roasting pan, then the zucchini mixture.

Repeat layers until the pan is complete.

Bake to warm up.
