- Cooked beans (you can buy them from a jar)
- Olive pâté
- Mix of spices: thyme, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder and oregano
- Virgin olive oil
- Wheat tortillas (buy them ready-made, vegan, of course)
- Whatever your taste and imagination want to add
The tortillas are made in 5 seconds in the microwave. Wash the beans in water to remove the liquid that preserves them and the excess salt. You have the olive pâté ready or you can do it in a moment.
Split the tortilla in two, fill it with the beans, the pâté and tomato. On top, put the oil with the spices that you have marinated for a few minutes before making the olive pâté.
