I love hummus and there is no recipe that I don’t like, it’s always delicious! I wanted to make a version with pumpkin because it’s in season, but I wanted to innovate a bit and I replaced the chickpeas with white beans, it’s amazing! It’s less creamy than chickpea hummus but it’s worth a try.
The truth is that hummus gives a lot of play in the kitchen, as a garnish, in salads, sandwiches, pizzas and even to add creaminess to our pasta and rice recipes.

- 2 tazas de calabaza cruda cortada en dados (230 g)
- 425 g de alubias blancas cocinadas o de bote (15 oz)
- 1 cucharada de tahini
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- El zumo de 2 limones
- Sal marina al gusto (opcional)
