You already know that we are big fans of vegan spreads and pâtés, not only because of the large number of flavors they offer us, but also because they are recipes that are very useful to serve as starters in a meal, to have as a healthy snack along with some crudités or to give a different flavor to our vegan sandwiches.

Bean and artichoke hummus

  • 200 gr. of cooked white beans
  • 150 gr. of artichokes in oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 20 gr. of roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cc of paprika pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. Clean beans and drain well.
  2. In the blender jar, pour the lemon juice, the artichokes (with as little oil as possible), the sesame seeds, the paprika from La Vera and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the drained beans and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve the bean and artichoke hummus in a bowl and sprinkle some paprika from the vera on top, toasted sesame seeds and add a splash of oil.
