Our waffle iron has been smoking since we bought it, we love waffles, they are very satiating and the recipe is incredibly healthy and simple.

When I had a craving for something sweet, tasty, fast and good for my body, I usually used to resort to smoothies or porridge, but now waffles have joined the list. You just have to beat the 4 ingredients in a blender and pour the batter into the waffle maker, it does all the work for you!



  • 2 y 1/2 tazas de harina de avena o copos de avena molidos (250 g)
  • 1 taza de leche vegetal o agua (250 ml)
  • 1/4 taza de azúcar de coco (65 g)
  • 1 plátano o banana


  1. Preheat the waffle maker. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients in the mixer.
  2. You can put a little oil in the waffle maker so it doesn’t stick, but since mine is new and has a good non-stick, I didn’t add anything to it.
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker with the help of a spoon and cook for about 7 minutes (see tips section).
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings. I added raspberries, kiwi, banana, and maple syrup.
