They look great but they are even richer. We made them quite thick for the photo but if you like them you can make them thinner, both ways are delicious.

No hemos utilizado el típico pan de hamburguesa porque queríamos que la receta fuera vegana y normalmente este tipo de panes suelen llevar leche, aunque yo personalmente no lo he echado de menos porque me encantan las hamburguesas con pan normal.

Ingredientes

  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 2 patatas
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • 1 cucharadita de tomillo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de estragón
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1 guindilla cayena
  • 1 pimiento verde
  • 8 gotas de tabasco chipotle
  • 345 gramos de alubias rojas cocidas
  • 20 gramos de levadura de cerveza
  • 80 gramos de pan rallado
  • 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo integral

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan pour a splash of oil of olive and when the oil is hot add the two peeled potatoes cut into cubes, the oregano, the thyme, the tarragon and season with salt and pepper. Leave over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.

  5. < li id="instruction-step-5">We make the burgers with our hands. We like them to be the thickness of our thumb, but you can make them thinner.

  6. Flour the burgers and cook them on the grill or in a pan with a little of oil for 5 minutes on each side. Depending on the thickness of your burgers, this time may vary.
  7. To assemble them, place our burgers on the bread, add a couple of tomato slices, a couple of lettuce leaves and ketchup.
