Heat the oil in a wok and add the chopped onion and serano pepper.
Cook the onion over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the pepper greens and ginger and keep stirring. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
Add Asian vegetables and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Stir in between. I used frozen Asian vegetables, so I microwaved them to almost room temperature before adding them to the wok.
Add sautéed sauce and sugar and keep stirring.
Cook on high for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
