Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal breads
- 100 gs of vegetable cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Green olives (to taste)
- Pesto oil and sauce
Preparation
Grill the zucchini slices and the tomato cut in half. Cut the olives and vegetable cheese into thin slices; open the buns in half, sprinkle each one with a little pesto and put on them the lettuce leaves, the cooked vegetables, the olives and the vegetable cheese.
