Vegetarian sandwiches


  • 2 wholemeal breads
  • 100 gs of vegetable cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Green olives (to taste)
  • Pesto oil and sauce


Grill the zucchini slices and the tomato cut in half. Cut the olives and vegetable cheese into thin slices; open the buns in half, sprinkle each one with a little pesto and put on them the lettuce leaves, the cooked vegetables, the olives and the vegetable cheese.
