Vegetarian Majorcan burballes

Ingredients

  • 150 gr. of Mallorcan burballas
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • A clove of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes < / span> bouquet
  • A handful of fresh peas (about 40 gr.)
  • Flat green beans (about 80gr.)
  • Homemade vegetable broth
  • Mustard
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sweet pepper
  • Bay leaf
  • Olive oil comes < / li>

Preparation

In a clay pot add olive oil and fry the laminated garlic cloves and chopped onions, cook for a few minutes and add the fresh spinach.

Cook a few minutes more, until the spinach has reduced and at this point we add the vegetable broth together with the bay leaf and the spices.

Cut the green beans into medium pieces and grate the tomatoes. When the broth boils, add the peas, the tomato, the beans, a teaspoon of mustard and the burballes.

Cook for 10 more minutes and serve.

The typical dish is eaten very hot, but I let it cool down and it was delicious, so in this heat you can eat it.
