Vegetarian burgers


  • Olive oil c / n
  • Medium onion 1
  • Peas 150 g
  • Carrots 1
  • Pumpkin 1/2
  • Tomato 1 < / li>
  • breadcrumbs 100 g
  • Salt and pepper c / n
  • Baked chickpeas 120 g < / li>
  • Lettuce c / n
  • Tomato c / n


Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.

Sauté the diced onion for 4 minutes or until tender.

Add peas, grated carrot and grated pumpkin. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Add the diced tomato and lower the heat. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.

Add the breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.

Process the chickpeas and add to the vegetables. Mix very well.

Chill for 2 hours. Divide into portions and shape into patties.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Serve with lettuce and tomato.
