vegetable nests


  • Mass:
  • 500 gr. flour
  • 50 ml. of vegetable oil
  • 100 cc water
  • Salt, amount needed
  • Stuffing:
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 red or yellow bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • Tofu
  • Black sesame or seeds of preference


For the dough:.

Put the flour in a container and make a hole in the middle.

Mix the water and salt in a separate container and add it together with the oil.

Knead well until it forms a soft dough.

Stretch until it is 1/2 cm thick and cut the discs already be round or square.

We prepare the nests by folding the edges as in the photo, or also with the help of a glass placing the dough on the outside and folding the excess.

For the filling :.

Chop the onion together with the bell pepper and fry, add the garlic when the onion is golden.

Chop the leeks, carrots and a little tofu (or grate if preferred), mix all the ingredients and fill the nests. sprinkle with black sesame.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

If you have any leftovers, they can be frozen and reheated.
