Vegetable and cereal burgers


  • 1/4 kg black beans
  • 1/4 kg aduki beans (red)
  • 1/4 kg rice (the variety they have)
  • Garlic c / n
  • Parsley c / n
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil c / n < / li>


Soak the legumes separately for a minimum of 4 hours.

Drain and rinse with plenty of water and do not use the soaking water for cooking. in this way we will avoid consuming the indigestible complex sugars that the legume covers contain and when hydrated the cooking time is reduced.

Place the legumes in separate pots, cover them with cold water and cook over high heat with pot uncovered without stirring until tender. if more water is required, always add cold water.

Wash the rice with plenty of water and cook it in a covered pot until it is ready.

Once cooked, strain and leave chill all ingredients. season to taste and process to form a paste.

Mince garlic and parsley, add it and join it with the paste that has been formed.

Take portions of about 50 g. and form disks. discs can be coated with oats, germ or bran or simply without coating.

Place on an oiled plate and take to the oven for approximately 20 min.

They can be stored in the freezer and bake them at the desired time.
