Veganer Lavakuchen


1 Päckchen Violife Cocospread  

120 g Allzweckmehl   < /p>

60 ml Kokosöl < /p>

< span data-contrast="none">100 ml Kokosmilch aus der Dose 

22 g Zartbitterschokolade, in 4 Stück 

100 g Zucker  

½ cc Salz 

1 Teelöffel Kakaopulver 

½ cc Backpulver  

¼ TL Backpulver Backpulver  

< span data-contrast="none">1cc Vanilleextrakt< span data-ccp-props="{}"> 

Puderzucker zum Servieren 


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 4 ramekins with coconut oil, then dust with flour and shake off excess flour.  

< span data -contrast="none">In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Pour in coconut oil and vanilla extract. Gradually add the coconut milk and the Violife Coco Spread. Stir until smooth. 

Dough into prepared Distribute molds. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the center of each casserole dish.  

Bake for 25 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool lightly for 10 minutes before removing from the baking dish and serving upside down. You may need the help of a knife to free the cake from its mold sides of the ramekins.  

You can serve with vegan ice cream or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.
