We already had a vegan yogurt sauce, but this improved version without oil is even better because it contains tahini, one of my favorite ingredients of all time. It is my favorite fat because I love its flavor and because it is very healthy, especially if we eat it raw because it retains all its nutrients. Toasted sesame has more flavor, although I like tahini made with raw sesame better, I don’t know if it’s out of habit…



  • 1 taza de yogur vegano (250 g)
  • 2 cucharadas de tahini
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 1 cucharada de menta seca
  • 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • Pimienta negra al gusto


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until that they are well integrated
