Chocolate lovers, you have to try this recipe! It’s an AMAZING drink, creamy, sweet, comforting and very, very good. It’s white chocolate in a cup.
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until chocolate is completely melted and all ingredients are incorporated. Stir occasionally.
- Serve immediately (I decorated it with nata de coco and chopped white chocolate on top) or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
- I used a vegan white chocolate bar. It can be bought in health food stores, vegan stores and in some supermarkets. Ours was from the Sweet William brand.
- White chocolate already has sugar, so I didn’t add any more sweetener, but I recommend you taste it before serving in case you need to add a little. If you need it, use the sweetener that you like the most.
