Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and sometimes it can be difficult to find a special menu that is also 100% vegetable. It has happened to me too: I have looked for a lot of vegan recipes and, not finding them, I have ended up veganizing them myself.

If you and your partner celebrate this day and you want to enjoy it without having to worry about food, I have prepared a vegan Valentine’s menu so you don’t have to worry about it.

  1. Place the hummus and yogurt sauce into individual containers.
  2. Place all ingredients on a large plate, tray, or board. It can have any shape.
  3. The amounts of the ingredients are indicative, add more or less than you prefer and also adapt them to the size of your plate, tray or board. Ours was 12 inches or 30 cm in diameter.
  4. Serve immediately. You can store the ingredients in airtight containers in the fridge separately for 1-2 days.

  • You can use gluten-free bread instead of pita bread, crackers or rice cakes.
  • If you use oil, you can make our vegan yogurt sauce, which contains oil instead of tahini.
  • Use whatever vegetables, fruits, nuts or ingredients you want or have on hand. You can also add cooked vegetables if you like.
  • Preparation time does not include the time it takes to prepare the cheese, hummus, and yogurt sauce.
