Vegan Russian salad


  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 carrot cooked and cut into small cubes
  • 2 handfuls of cooked frozen peas
  • Green olives
  • ½ small onion cut into small cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Mayonnaise (vegan)


Crush the potatoes. add the carrot, the peas, the olives, the onion, the olives, the peppers and the amount of veganesa that you want. Salt to taste, serve cold and with bread.
