tried the granola thanks to the blog and it was love at first sight. I love it because it is very good, it is healthy and perfect to prepare a breakfast or snack in a moment. I also usually take it when I go on a trip to snack when I’m hungry because it’s very useful.
Ingredientes
Scale
Instructions
- Place the walnuts in a food processor and beat for a few seconds until they are quite finely ground.
- Add the dates and beat again.
- Finally, add the rest of the ingredients and beat until they are well integrated and have a consistency similar to the one in the photos.
- We serve the granola with banana and soy milk, but it can be taken alone, with any vegetable milk, yogurt, fruit or with any topping you like.
- You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 weeks and at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.
Notes
- Instead of walnuts you can use any dried fruit and instead of flaxseeds any other seed.
- Ideally, use Medjool dates because they are softer. You can try other types of dates such as Deglet Nour, but since they are harder I don’t know if it would work well. Another option is to soak them in hot water to soften them, but the granola will probably last less time.
