Ingredients
  • 100 gr. of pumpkin
  • 100 gr. of flour
  • 50 gr. of brown sugar
  • 80 ml. of water
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ Royal yeast envelope
  • 1 cc baking soda
  • 1 cp vanilla extract
  • A little salt
  • 100 gr. of icing sugar
  • 15 gr. of water
Preparation
  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil it in water until tender. Strain the water and crush it with the help of a fork. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl place the sugar, yeast, bicarbonate of soda, salt and sifted flour. Mix with a whisk.
  3. Lightly melt the margarine with the peanut butter. Add the vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Pour the crushed pumpkin, the margarine with the peanut butter and the water into the bowl and mix with a spatula until smooth. A uniform dough is left.
  5. Fill the donut molds with the help of a pastry bag. Let the donuts cook in the oven at 180º for about 10-15 min. Once removed from the oven, we will wait about 5 minutes before unmolding them and let them cool on a rack.
  6. When the donuts are cold, we will proceed to cover them with the icing that we will prepare by mixing the icing sugar and water well.
