This vegan pesto is very easy to prepare and is ready in less than 5 minutes. Instead of Parmesan I used homemade vegan Parmesan cheese. Also, I used spinach instead of basil and walnuts instead of pine nuts for a more economical recipe. 




  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1 taza de nueces (120 gramos)
  • 2 tazas de espinacas (160 gramos)
  • 3/4 de taza de aceite de oliva virgen extra (150 gramos)
  • 2 cucharadas de parmesano vegano
  • Pimienta negra al gusto


  1. Put all the ingredients in a grinder, food processor or blender and blend until the desired consistency is obtained.
