Vegan Pea Soup


  1. 500 g frozen peas
  2. 1 tsp sea salt
  3. 2 tsp broth or bouillon powder
  4. < li>20 g pea protein

  5. Optional: turmeric to taste, fresh or ground


  • Cover the peas in boiling water and bring to a boil.
  • Let simmer gently, then add the broth, salt and turmeric.< / li>
  • Stir until smooth, then add the pea protein.
  • Mix again until the powder is completely dissolved.
