vegan pancakes

Ingredients

  • 25 g. of margarine
  • 125 g. of flour
  • 3 tbsp. of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of No-Egg to replace the egg.
  • 250 ml. of soy milk

Preparation

Melt the margarine in the microwave. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, including the melted margarine, mixing with a whisk until you obtain a fine and homogeneous dough.

Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. After this time, paint a non-stick pan with margarine, pour part of the mixture until it covers the surface, wait for it to brown on both sides and… enjoy!.
