I’m not going to keep you any longer because I’m sure you’re wanting to read the recipe for the pancakes (vegan, of course).

Ingredients
  • 150 gr. of flour
  • 250 ml. of natural soy drink
  • 30 ml. of oil
  • 10 gr. of chemical yeast
  • 1 cc of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

    Preparation
    1. To prepare the vegan pancakes, the first thing we will do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix and beat the ingredients with a whisk. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
    2. When the pancake batter has rested, heat a non-stick pan. Add a few drops of olive oil and with the help of a brush or a piece of kitchen paper, grease the pan.
    3. When the pan is hot, add a portion of dough. All the portions must be the same, so you must take a single measure, for example, that of a ladle or that of ½ measuring cup as I did. We will use a medium-high heat when adding the batter, and when it starts to bubble, we will lower the heat to make sure the pancake cooks well without burning.
    4. After 2 minutes we will check that the pancake has taken on a toasted color and we will turn it over so that it cooks on the other side. We repeat the process until the dough is finished.
