Vegan orange pudding: fluffy and moist


  • 200g of wholemeal organic flour
  • 130g of organic sugar
  • 100g of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 orange juice
  • Vegan milk c / n
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Vanilla extract


Mix the juice, extract, zest, oil and sugar. emulsify well. integrate the dry ones: flour, salt and baking powder. add little by little (sieved) to the liquids and incorporate vegan milk little by little until you achieve a solid, sponge-like consistency but more solid. dump in a non-stick oven or previously oiled and floured. cook in a preheated oven at 170° until doubled. optional: once cooked and cold, decorate with glaze and zest.
