  • 6 à 8 oz ( 170 to 225 g ) nouilles soba végétaliennes ou Pad de riz brown thai or ou nouilles lo mein végétaliennes or other nouilles or similar pâtés
  • Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, coconut oil and sesame seeds, sugar and ginger. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, chili, peppers and mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add broccoli and other vegetables, if using, plus a pinch of salt and black pepper and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden brown.
  • Add the sauce and the cooked pasta add to the pan and mix. Adjust the heat if needed. I usually add a sprinkling of chili flakes or sriracha and a good sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper. Garnish. Serve.
