Vegan gingerbread cookies

Of course, everyone can cut them in the way they like best. I made myself a set of Christmas cookie cutters, one in the shape of a doll and the other in the shape of a snowflake. What are they pretty?

  • 380 g flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 110 g. of pan
  • 40 ml of water
  • 8 g of chemical yeast
  • < li class = "ingredient" itemprop = "ingredients"> 1 cs powdered ginger

  • 1 c, s. cinnamon
  • 1 c, c, nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. In a bowl, mix all the solid ingredients, except the margarine.
  2. In another large bowl, beat margarine until creamy in texture.
  3. Add solid ingredient mixture and work with the rods or with your hands. Take a handful of ingredients and rub them between your fingers. Repeat this process until a grit forms.
  4. At this point, add the water and mix to form a compact dough.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180º.
  6. Spread the dough between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap until thick about 3-4mm and cut out the cookies.
  7. Place the cookies on parchment paper on a baking tray.
  8. Bake cookies at 180º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
