Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup< /span> (59.15 ml< /span>) lait non laitier ou l’eau de trempage r√©serv√©e des dattes
  • 1 c√†c Extrait de vanilla
  • 1/2 c√†c (0.5 th√©) sel
  • 1 c√†c cannelle ou √©pice pour tarte √† la citrouille< /span>
  • 1/3 cup (26.67 g) noix de coco rap√©e , divis√©
  • 1.5< /span> cups (121.5 g) avoine √† l’ancienne (gluten-free certification is required), or use gluten-free cereal souffl√©s
  • 1/2 cup (49.5 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit">g)< /span> noix de p√©can , cup comble, a melange of hach√© et de moiti√©s
  • 1/4 cup ( 16 g) g raines de citrouille , ou d’autres graines ou noix comme les noix de cajou
  • 2 < span class="wprm- recipe-ingredients-unit">cuill√®re-√†-soup Farine de graines de lin
  • 2 cuill√®re √† soupe < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">Graines de Chia
  • < span class= "wprm-recipe-ingredients-amount">1/2 to 3/4 cup (80 g) myrtilles s√©ch√©es , ou dattes hach√©es ou autres fruits secs
  • Preparation

  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 135¬įC. Drain dates (save soaking water) and stir in maple syrup, oil, 1/4 cup milk/soaking water, salt, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon grated coconut until smooth. (Add another tablespoon of soaking water to aid in mixing, if needed).
  • In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, coconut, pecans, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and chia. You can also add 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds of your choice.
  • Mixed date mix add and mix well until all dry ingredients are coated. Sprinkle a good pinch of salt over the mixture.
  • Transfer on a baking tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Bake at 275 degrees F for 35 minutes, then flip the pan. After 15 minutes, stir the granola and bake an additional 20 minutes or until crisp. (total 65-75 minutes)
  • Let cool for 5 minutes , then mix in the dried fruit of your choice. Allow to cool completely before storing. 

    Store in an airtight glass container for up to 1 month. Serve over oatmeal, chia pudding, yogurt, smoothie bowls, etc.
