Ingredients
- 250 gr. of almonds, cashews, peanuts or sesame seeds
- 150 gr of organic tofu
- 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil corn or sunflower
Preparation
Soak the cashews (or almonds or peanuts or sesame seeds) for at least 12 hours.
The next day, strain them and place them in a deep and narrow container together with all the other ingredients and start processing with a mixer or with a blender. If necessary, help with a spoon.
Tips:.
Replace the salt with 2 tablespoons of sugar for sweet preparations.
It is delicious with fine herbs chopped or with a touch of turmeric before serving.
