don’t know why I haven’t made this recipe before, I’ve been wanting to try it for quite some time, but I never got around to it. I think it may be because I associate macarons with the traditional recipe, which is quite laborious and delicate, but this version, in addition to being vegan and healthy, is very easy and fast.

These macarons don’t taste like the traditional ones because their ingredients are different, but they have surprised me a lot and they have become one of my favorite sweets, they are very, very tasty and best of all, they are ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de coco rallado (100 g)
  • 1/2 taza de almendras molidas (50 g)
  • 1/4 taza de sirope de agave (80 g )
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
  • 2 cucharadas de leche de almendras

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well integrated.
  3. To shape to the macarons, we use a ice cream scoop, we simply put the dough inside, press and squeeze the lever of the mechanism the spoon so that our macarons come out. You can also use your hands, making balls and then flattening them on the bottom.
  4. Bake the macarons on a tray lined with parchment paper for about 15 minutes or until brown.
  5. Ideally, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days.
