If you don’t have much time and want a healthy dessert, this vegan chocolate pudding is for you. It is prepared in 5 minutes and it is so delicious that you will not be able to stop eating.
You only need 5 ingredients: avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, banana, non-dairy milk and your favorite sweetener. You can also add vanilla extract for more flavor, but it is optional. On top of that I have added coconut whipped cream a> and caramel syrup, but you can add other toppings or nothing else.
Ingredientes
- 1/4 taza de leche de arroz (62 g)
- 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo sin azúcar (50 g)
- 1/2 taza de sirope de arce (180 g)
- 1 plátano
- 1 aguacate
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
- Toppings: nata montada de coco y sirope de caramelo
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor food, food processor or blender and blend until desired consistency.
- Serve pudding in individual cups or bowls. You can eat it fresh, but it’s tastier if you wait at least 2 hours or even overnight.
- Add toppings just before serving.
