If you don’t have much time and want a healthy dessert, this vegan chocolate pudding is for you. It is prepared in 5 minutes and it is so delicious that you will not be able to stop eating.

You only need 5 ingredients: avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, banana, non-dairy milk and your favorite sweetener. You can also add vanilla extract for more flavor, but it is optional. On top of that I have added coconut whipped cream and caramel syrup, but you can add other toppings or nothing else.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor food, food processor or blender and blend until desired consistency.
  2. Serve pudding in individual cups or bowls. You can eat it fresh, but it’s tastier if you wait at least 2 hours or even overnight.
  3. Add toppings just before serving.
