vegan chocolate mousse


  • 1 avocado
  • Cocoa without sugar or with sugar (according to preferences)
  • Organic sugar (only if using unsweetened chocolate)
  • 6 chopped nuts or dried fruit of your choice
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal


Cut the avocado in half and remove the content with a spoon. pour it into a blender or hand processor, I prefer the latter because otherwise with the blender it is very difficult to get the rest out, a matter of preferences and type of device. add half a cup of coffee, and process until a typical mousse texture remains.

Add the cocoa powder and mix with a spoon until you obtain a uniform color such as chocolate.

Finally add the chopped nuts and raisins along with the oats. You can add other types of dried fruit or raisins, to your liking.
