Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ( 109 ml ) Huile de Coco Raffin√©e Biologique Solide Non Fondue un peu
  • 1,5 Cuill√®res √† Soupe grains de lin moulues m√©lang√©es avec 4,5 cuill√®res √† soupe d’eau Laisser Reposer Pendant 5 Minuten Jusqu’√† Consistance Lisse et Cr√©meuse
  • 1/2 cup ( 110 g ) cassonade
  • 1/4 cup ( 50 g ) sucre non raffin√© biologique fine or mixed sugar to make the powder

  • 1/2 cuill√®re √† caf√© ( 0,5 cuill√®re √† th√© ) bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 cuill√®re √† caf√© liver and powder
  • 2 c√†c extrait de vanilla biologique
  • 1 1/4 Cups ( 156,25 g ) < / span> farine J’utilise de la farine blanche non blanchie
  • 1 cup ( 180 g ) palm oil vegan edible chocolates and free chocolate chips
  • Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180¬ļC. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, combine all coconut oil ingredients with vanilla extract and beat, until light and fluffy. Or add to a bowl and use a hand mixer to whip until fluffy.
  • Add 1 cup flour and mix. Add 1/4 cup flour and mix. Add flour 1 tablespoon at a time and beat to make a soft cookie dough. You don’t want a crumbly, dry mixture, so add just enough to be somewhere between a stiff batter and a soft batter. *
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix well. **

  • Remove from oven and “Cookie Slam” on a stable, heat-resistant surface for the appearance of crumpled cookies.
  • Let cool on a baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool for another 3-5 minutes. Cookies will fall into place as they cool. Try to share with everyone. Store on the counter for the day and in a closed container for up to 3 days (completely irrelevant info),
