Frappuccino Vegano de Caramelo. - Para hacer este refrescante frappuccino vegano de caramelo sólo se necesitan 4 ingredientes y se prepara en menos de 5 minutos. ¡Está delicioso!

Alberto and I don’t usually drink coffee in our day to day life, we don’t need to be alert and as it is a controversial food we prefer not to drink it often (there are studies that talk about the benefits it has for our health and others, however, give us reasons not to include coffee in our diet).



  • 1 taza de cubitos de hielo (110 g)
  • 4 dátiles Medjool ó 8 Deglet Nour
  • 2 cucharadas de café frío
  • 3/4 taza de leche vegetal (190 ml), nosotros usamos leche de soja sin endulzar


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until well combined.
  2. We decorate the frappuccino with vegan cream and caramel syrup, but both are optional.
  3. We can keep the frappuccino in the fridge in an airtight container for about 2 or 3 days.


  • Instead of dates you can use any sweetener or caramel syrup.
  • We buy the whipped cream and caramel syrup for decoration, but you can use coconut whipped cream&nbsp ;y date syrup  if you prefer to make a healthier version.
