It is a recipe that I like to prepare when I have guests at home since I know for a fact that they are going to be amazed when I tell them that they do not have eggs. It is a great pride for me that my friends realize that it is not necessary to use eggs or dairy products to prepare delicious biscuits. So now you know, if you want to surprise your guests, prepare a good batch of vegan brownies… and succeed!

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. of flour
  • 300 gr. of white sugar
  • 200 gr. of melting chocolate
  • 200 gr. of margarine
  • 250 ml. of water
  • 30 gr. of cocoa
  • 50 gr. of nuts
  • 1 cc of vanilla extract
  • 1 cc of baking powder
  • A little salt
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 150º.
  2. Put the sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the sifted flour and cocoa. Mix all the ingredients with the help of a whisk. We also chop the nuts a little, avoiding leaving very small pieces. Reserve.
  3. We melt the margarine together with the chocolate. Later, we add the water and vanilla extract and, finally, we add the rest of the solid ingredients. Mix well with the help of the rods and pour the mixture into the mold, previously greased. Bake for 50 minutes.
  4. Since it is a very dense cake, so that it does not stick together, I recommend cutting it into portions shortly after removing it from the oven, and unmolding it as soon as may be possible. All that remains is to enjoy this spectacular vegan brownie! You can serve with a vegan hot chocolate sauce, with vegan vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit!
