A long time ago I already told you that I was working on a little thing that I still couldn’t reveal to you… Well, now you know the great mystery. I have finally been able to carry out one of the projects that I was most excited about for the blog: recording a recipe video!

You see that I have no remedy, and that I always shoot for chocolate. And how! I think this is the most chocolatey candy I’ve made so far. Although I will confess that there is a superior chocolate stage. Yes effectively. Some of you already guess…

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. of flour
  • 300 gr. of white sugar
  • 200 gr. of melting chocolate
  • 200 gr. of margarine
  • 250 ml. of water
  • 30 gr. of cocoa
  • 120 gr. mini cookies Oreo
  • 1 cc of vanilla extract
  • 1 cc of yeast
  • A pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 150º.
  2. Put the sugar in a bowl. Add the sifted flour and cocoa. We also add salt and yeast. We mix all the ingredients.
  3. We melt the margarine together with the chocolate, in the microwave or in a water bath. Later, we add the water and vanilla extract and, finally, we add it to the rest of the solid ingredients. Mix well with the help of a spatula.
  4. Add the Oreo cookies to the dough. Stir a bit and pour the mixture into the previously greased mould.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 150º.
  6. Since it is a very dense cake, so that it does not stick together, I recommend cutting it into portions shortly after removing it from the oven. Let the brownies cool on a wire rack before eating.
