- 3 c / s wholemeal flour
- 1 c / s pure cocoa powder li >
- 2 c / s of panela or sugar
- 1 c / p of chemical yeast powder
- 6 c / s vegetable milk (I used unsweetened oats)
- 1 c / s olive oil
- Vegetable syrup and nuts
We mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet ones. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass. Put the dough in a cup and put it in the microwave for a minute and a half at maximum power. If the cake is still raw when we take the cup out, we can put it in for another 15 or 30 seconds. Take the cake out on a plate and add agave or chocolate syrup and decorate with walnuts, raisins, almonds.
