vegan bolognese sauce


  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 pre-cooked carrot
  • 200 gr of mushrooms
  • Sauce of fried tomato
  • 1 glass of fine textured soybean
  • 2 glasses of vegetable broth.
  • Salt

Chop all the vegetables and the mushroom and fry them when they are done, add the carrot (which we will already have cooked beforehand). add a few pinches of hot paprika and stir so that it doesn’t burn (if it burns bitter, so the lorito…) add a pinch of rosemary, salt to taste and reserve.

On the other hand , heat the vegetable broth in the microwave and soak the textured soybeans until it softens and absorbs the broth (about 15 or 20 minutes), once this time has passed, add the drained soybeans to the vegetable pan and leave Let it brown a little.

Lastly, add the fried tomato sauce and let the flavors mix for about 5 minutes over a low heat…and now we have our “bolognese” ready to eat!!< /p>

It is used both for pasta and to stuff aubergines, courgettes or simply in a sandwich, it is very good…with rice it also goes very well…
