Vegan blueberry pancakes

Ingredients

  • A very ripe banana
  • Vegetable milk
  • Honey of maple
  • Oil
  • Flour
  • Yeast powder
  • Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1: Mash a ripe banana.

Step 2: Add non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and oil. Mix everything with the help of a fork.

Step 3: Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. It should be a thick pancake batter.

Step 4: Add the blueberries to the batter. Stir (carefully).

Step 5: Spray a skillet with oil. Using a baller (Ice Cream Lo) use one of the measures to add the pancake batter to the pan (low to medium heat). Let the pancake cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat until you have used up the pancake batter. Flip the pancakes when you see little bubbles in the middle and when the corners have hardened.

Step 6: Stack pancakes, top with fresh blueberries, drizzle with maple syrup, and eat!
