I don’t usually drink alcohol, but Baileys is definitely one of my favorite drinks. For this reason, taking advantage of the fact that today is Saint Patrick (patron saint of Ireland) we have dared to make this recipe for Vegan Baileys

We still can’t believe that it’s so delicious and so easy to prepare (it’s ready in less than 5 minutes!), in fact, we liked it more than the original version, among other things because it tastes less like alcohol, although If you like it more loaded, add more whiskey and that’s it.



  • 75 mililitros de whiskey
  • 50 mililitros de café
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
  • 400 mililitros de leche de coco
  • 4 cucharadas de sirope de agave (o cualquier otro sirope o melaza)


  1. In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients and whisk for about 2 minutes until fully integrated.
  2. Store in the fridge and shake before consuming.
