Vegan bagels


  • Wheat flour 0000250gr
  • Wheat flour 000 250gr
  • 40g of fresh yeast
  • Vegan butter or sunflower oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Sesame seeds
  • to boil:
  • Bicarbonate 2 cdas


Prepare the sponge. Integrate all the ingredients and knead adding water little by little until forming a dough. Let the volume double. Cut the dough and buns for the bagels. Mark the hole with your finger. rest 15′. Boil water in a pot with 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Pass the masses through the water for 30”, drain and brush with oil or coconut butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarse salt. Cook until golden brown.
