could have these vegan bagels for breakfast every day of my life and I wouldn’t get tired of them because they are scrumptious, we have even made them for dinner once when we didn’t feel like cooking much.

They are ready in less than 10 minutes, especially if you don’t add the olives, in which case you just have to heat the bagels and place all the ingredients, nothing more!




  1. We cut the bagels in half and heat on both sides in a skillet or toaster until golden brown and warm.
  2. Meanwhile, put the cream cheese in a bowl and add the chopped olives. Stir until both ingredients are well integrated.
  3. Spread the cheese on the bagels, place the basil leaves, dried tomatoes and they are ready to serve.
