Ingredients
  • 150 gr. of almond butter
  • 100 gr. of Myprotein Total Grains Blend
  • 50 gr. of sugar
  • 15 gr. raisins
  • ¼ cc of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 90 ml. water
  • 10 ml. of olive oil or sunflower oil
Preparation
  1. In a bowl mix the Total Grains Blend flour, almond butter, sugar, baking soda and the salt. Mix well with your hands. We will have a sandy mass.
  2. Add the raisins, water and oil. Mix until we have a uniform and compact dough and shape it into a ball.
  3. Put the dough between two baking papers and stretch it with the roller, until that we have a mass of about 5 mm. thick.
  4. We heat the oven to 180º and while we cut the cookies with the help of a cookie cutter. If we have excess dough, we collect it, shape it into a ball and roll it out again to make more cookies.
  5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and leave cook about 15 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, let them cool on a rack.
