- 2 cups gluten free flour mixture from bob’s red mills or the flour you want.
- ½ teaspoons of matcha tea
- 4 vegan flaxseed eggs
- 2 cups of vegetable drink.
- Fruits to accompany
- Agave honey
- Waffle maker
Take two containers, in the first you will put 1 cup of flour and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of matcha tea.
Add 1 cup or less of vegetable drink (check that it is not too liquid), I chose almond milk because of the neutrality in the flavor.
Add 2 flaxseed eggs, to make them you only have to place 1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder for 3 of water in a container and mix until thick, you introduce this mixture to the waffle mixture.
Repeat this process in the other container but without the matcha tea.
In your machine to make waffles, you put a little vegetable oil or butter; you put half of the white mix on one side and on the other side you put the matcha tea mix. Carefully join the separation with a spatula.
Voilà some two-tone waffles of matcha tea to decorate with the fruit you want. You can add agave syrup or maple syrup.
