Tropical smoothie


  1. 1 x Banana
  2. 1 x Mango
  3. 1 x Pear (optional)
  4. < li> Coconut milk or provamel Coconut rice pineapple milk

  5. 1 tablespoon chiasamen


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender – I always put the fruit first. (Be sure to peel the mango – I’ll slice mine straight into the blender and discard the pit once I’ve removed as much of the flesh as possible.)
  • Peed and drink!
  • < li>Mmmmm… Oh so tropical!
