Triangles of pine nuts


  • 10 slices of sharp pasta (Ôëł 250 g)
  • 180 g peeled walnuts
  • 50 g organic pine nuts
  • 125 g ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 7 tablespoons organic agave syrup
  • Sunflower oil


Remove the filo pastry from the fridge a little before starting so that it is at room temperature.

In a bowl, mix, crushing with a mortar: the pine nuts , walnuts, almonds and cinnamon. then add the orange blossom water together with the agave syrup and mix well.

Put a portion equivalent to 2 tablespoons of the filling on the end of a sheet and fold it diagonally, forming a triangle. repeat the operation until the filling is finished.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the triangles, browning them on both sides.

(These triangles taste much better hot.).
