- 10 slices of sharp pasta (≈ 250 g)
- 180 g peeled walnuts
- 50 g organic pine nuts
- 125 g ground almonds
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water li>
- 1 tablespoon organic ground cinnamon
- 7 tablespoons organic agave syrup
- Sunflower oil
Remove the filo pastry from the fridge a little before starting so that it is at room temperature.
In a bowl, mix, crushing with a mortar: the pine nuts , walnuts, almonds and cinnamon. then add the orange blossom water together with the agave syrup and mix well.
Put a portion equivalent to 2 tablespoons of the filling on the end of a sheet and fold it diagonally, forming a triangle. repeat the operation until the filling is finished.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the triangles, browning them on both sides.
(These triangles taste much better hot.).
