Traverse Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of boiled split peas.
  • 10 radishes,
  • 2 choclos boiled and shelled,
  • ¼ kg of tomatoes cherry,
  • 2 green or white onions (optional),
  • Assorted seeds.
  • 1 natural soy yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt,
  • Very little pepper, lemon or vinegar.

Preparation

Let the peas soak for a few hours, two or three. Strain them. Put clean water and boil them for about 30 minutes, set aside.

Boil the corn for 15 minutes. Separately, clean and cut the radishes and tomatoes and shell the corn. Clean and chop the onion.

Aliño or dressing.

Mix all the ingredients, make the dressing with the yogurt, a quarter of the cup of oil yogurt, half a cup of yogurt mayonnaise, a pinch of mascabo or white sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice or vinegar. 1 tomato (optional). the cup of yogurt is used, as a measure.

The dressing can be made in the blender and you can also blend a tomato, without the skin, to make it lighter, in that case, put a little more salt.
