We love salads, so much so that we even have a category exclusively for them in the Blog. They are so refreshing and healthy, but what we like the most is that they usually take so little time to prepare and there are so many different recipes that it is impossible to get bored.



  • 1 taza de ma铆z congelado o de lata (140 g)
  • 4 tomates de ensalada
  • 2 aguacates medianos
  • 1 cebolla morada
  • Ali帽o de tahini, ver notas


  1. If using frozen corn, cook it according to the package instructions, then strain. If you use canned corn, drain it and wash it. Reserve.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, avocados and onion.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (corn, tomatoes, avocados, onions and dressing) until well combined and serve immediately.
  4. You can store leftover salad in the fridge in an airtight container for 1 to 2 days. It’s best to store the dressing and other ingredients separately.


  • We use all the dressing that comes out with our recipe. If you prefer, you can also dress the salad with oil, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • The purple onion can be replaced with white onion or spring onion.
  • You can add others vegetables, spices, fresh or dried herbs, cayenne, jalape帽os or any ingredient you can think of.
